The Challenge
Premier-IS and Hjem-IS handle over 100 hires annually. Many of these are seasonal, with high turnover for positions such as salespeople. Managing a large volume of applicants, along with various departments hiring simultaneously across the country, requires significant overview and an efficient workflow. They can easily navigate applicant materials with the HR manager gaining a better overall understanding of the recruitment process, while each department manager only needs to focus on candidates relevant to their specific department and location.
For advertising, META campaigns have been particularly advantageous, creating a high volume of candidates for positions requiring additional hires.
